Why Bundool Housing exists
Too many people sleep rough for years, too many disabled residents wait in accommodation that does not fit their needs, and councils spend billions a year on emergency accommodation. At the same time, many private landlords want to step back from letting, and many homes sit empty.
Bundool Housing connects those problems. We lease homes from landlords on long, clear agreements, or help councils buy them outright. We bring each home up to standard, adapt it where needed, and look after it. Councils get homes that fit the people they need to house, landlords get certainty or a sale, and residents get somewhere they can settle.
Bundool Housing is part of the Bundool family, alongside Bundool, a compliance platform we are building for UK landlords. Compliance is at the centre of how we work: safety certificates, inspections and licensing are tracked for every home, every year.
