Impact

Profit with purpose, measured.

Bundool Housing is a company, not a charity. We make money by solving a problem that councils pay heavily for, and we will publish the social results alongside the financial ones.

The problem

Record numbers in temporary accommodation, and a national plan to change it.

Policy is moving in the same direction: A National Plan to End Homelessness (11 December 2025): £3.5bn, halving long-term rough sleeping, ending unlawful B&B use for families, Decent Homes Standard for temporary accommodation.

What we measure

The numbers we will publish

  • People housed from the streets

Everyone who moves from rough sleeping into a home we provide, and how long they stay, reported with the council and its support provider.

  • Adapted homes delivered

Homes adapted to an occupational therapist’s specification, and how long residents had waited for them.

  • Homes bought for councils

Homes found, bought and refurbished for councils to own, and the time from brief to keys.

  • Savings to councils

Our cost compared with the alternative each council tells us it would otherwise use, confirmed with its finance team.

  • Homes improved

Homes brought up to the Decent Homes Standard, and energy ratings raised towards C.

  • Empty homes back in use

Properties that were empty before we leased them or helped a council buy them.

Accountability

How we hold ourselves to it

  • Our social purpose will be written into our company’s articles of association.
  • We report against the National TOMs social value measures that councils already use.
  • We will publish an annual impact report, with our methods.
  • We intend to apply for B Corp certification once we have a full year of trading.
  • Every figure on this website has a date and a source.

Let’s house more people, better.
